In collaboration with Wanpingkou Scenic Area, we carried out a special customization of manhole covers to better integrate with the scenic area's environment and functional needs. These manhole covers are not only practical facilities for protecting underground pipelines but also an extension of the scenic area's cultural image — each one is printed with the unique logo of Wanpingkou Scenic Area, and they are specially painted yellow to echo the scenic area's overall visual identity, making them blend naturally into the landscape while being easily recognizable. To meet the diverse usage scenarios in the scenic area, a total of 200 sets of composite manhole covers were customized this time, with detailed specifications as follows: 50 sets of DN600 composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 20T, which are mainly used in areas with frequent vehicle passage such as tourist buses and maintenance vehicles; 80 sets of DN600 composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 10T, suitable for sidewalks and squares with more pedestrian activities; 30 sets of DN700 composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 10T, 20 sets of DN700 composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 20T, and 20 sets of DN700 composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 25T, which are respectively applied to different functional zones such as green belts, waterfront platforms, and service facility areas in the scenic area. These manhole covers, with their customized design and targeted load-bearing performance, not only ensure the safety of tourists and the smooth operation of the scenic area's infrastructure but also add a unique "small landscape" element to Wanpingkou Scenic Area.
