In the municipal engineering renovation project of Suyu District, special attention is paid to improving wellhead protection for various underground facilities under urban roads and sidewalks, such as rainwater wells, sewage wells, water supply wells, gas wells, and communication wells, to ensure public safety and operational convenience. These wells beneath the road surfaces are associated with key urban functions like drainage, water supply, energy transmission, and communication support. The load-bearing manhole covers that cover their wellheads serve as important barriers guarding these "urban arteries" — they not only effectively prevent pedestrians or vehicles from accidentally falling into the wells, building a solid safety line for road surfaces, but also facilitate maintenance personnel to open the wellheads and inspect underground pipelines or cables, ensuring the stable operation of various urban infrastructure. In line with the actual needs of this renovation, the Suyu District municipal engineering has specially ordered composite manhole covers of different specifications: 50 sets of 400*280mm composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 5T; 100 sets of 600*400mm composite manhole covers, also with a load-bearing capacity of 5T; and another 100 sets of 600*500mm composite manhole covers with a load-bearing capacity of 5T. These manhole covers will accurately fit different types of wellheads along roads and sidewalks. With their uniform and reliable load-bearing performance, they not only ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles, but also provide solid support for the daily maintenance of underground facilities, helping to improve the overall operational efficiency of Suyu District's municipal facilities.
