In the construction of communication network infrastructure, the safety protection of cables is a key link in ensuring the stable transmission of signals. China Mobile, as an important domestic communication service provider, operates a widely covered communication network. The cable trenches outside substations and distribution rooms, as well as the underground high-voltage cable and communication cable laying channels in cities, are precisely the "blood vessels" supporting this network. Once the cables in these channels are crushed, corroded, or artificially damaged, it may cause local signal interruptions at best, or affect the communication smoothness in large areas at worst. To strengthen the cable safety defense line, China Mobile has specially customized a batch of cable trench cover plates this time, which are specially used to cover the trenches of the above-mentioned key channels. These cover plates can not only build a solid "protective shield" for the cables in the trenches, resisting external threats such as vehicle rolling, rain erosion, and falling debris, but also, through the convenient opening and closing design, allow operation and maintenance personnel to quickly enter the trenches for cable maintenance, line adjustment and other work, greatly improving the maintenance efficiency. In accordance with the cable trench sizes and load-bearing requirements of different scenarios, the cover plates ordered this time are divided into two specifications: 1,000 sets of cover plates with the size of 860*420*40mm, which are suitable for large comprehensive cable trenches under urban main roads and can bear strong ground loads; 700 sets of cover plates with the size of 750*450*40mm, which accurately match the branch cable trenches around substations and in communities, taking into account both protective performance and installation flexibility. These two types of cover plates together form a three-dimensional protection network, providing reliable guarantee for the safe operation of China Mobile's communication cables and laying a solid foundation for the smooth communication of millions of users.
